How soon do I need to order?
The sooner you order the better so it gives everyone enough time to make sure everyone is happy because customer satisfaction is my #1 goal. Â Feel free to call me at 909-480-1652 during my business hours to inquire about a custom cake. I would love to chat with you on the phone.
In general, I would like to have the order confirmed 4Â weeks prior to your event. Â If you are in need of a cake even sooner, please call and I will do my best to see if your order can be accommodated.
Do you deliver or ship?
Delivery
Yes! Â I will deliver anywhere in the greater Los Angeles Area, Â Orange County, or San Bernardino County.
I do charge a delivery fee based on distance.  Delivery starts at $35 for 0-5 miles from the kitchen.
Just ask me and I will be happy to give you an exact estimate for delivery charges
Shipping
I do offer shipping within California. Â I ship via 2 day USPS priority mail. Â Flat rate costs apply. Â Medium flat rate box + S&H = $15. Â Large flat rate box + S&H = $20.
Payments/Cancellations
Booking
To book and reserve your order, a 50% nonrefundable deposit is required 3 days after receiving your invoice.  The remaining amount will be due 3 week prior to the pickup/delivery date.
Payment Options
We accept Venmo, Zelle, cash, or check. Paypal and credit card are available options but will have a transaction fee.
Cancellations
If you decide to cancel your order, your deposit will not be refunded.
Do you make desserts for those with special diets (ie. vegan, gluten-free)?
I do have a gluten-free flourless chocolate cake which is amazing! Â I do not make vegan desserts at this time but I am working on expanding my gluten-free menu. Â Stay tuned.
Do you offer tastings?
Yes! Cake tasting sessions are $40 for a 45 minute consultation and of course, samples of 3 different cakes.  Just ask if you are interested and we can discuss this option over the phone.
Can you make other desserts not listed?
Yes!  I am a custom dessert shop so I love all types of desserts like Asian sponge fruit cakes.  It never hurts to ask and I always love to hear what my clients want so please don’t hesitate to ask me!  If I am asked enough times, I may just put it on the menu!Â
Is there a minimum order amount?
Yes! There is currently a $300 minimum.
